Training Login & Registration – Part 1

1. Individual learners receive their User Name and Password via email immediately after purchase and can Log-in and begin training right away.
2. Learners can leave the training and return at any time and the system picks up right where they left off.
3. MyHIPAAtraining uses basic Internet technology so all learners can access the training. No extra downloads, add-ons, or special software is needed to take and complete our courses.
   
   

Training Login & Registration – Part 2

1. MyHIPAAtraining is designed so larger groups and corporate accounts can get everyone on board quickly and easily
2. Learners from larger groups or corporate accounts self-register by clicking the “Not Registered?” link and filling in a brief form.
3. Self registration takes just one minute or less for each learner from a group or corporate account. It’s fast, simple, and easy!
   
   

Learner “HOME” Area

Each learner has a HOME area when they log-in, with easy-to-use features and functions all in one place. From HOME, learners can:

1. Access Courses, Tests, and Certificates.
2. Edit Learner and Client information.
3. View Test Results and License Status.
4. Access Administrator functions (for Admins only).
   
   

MHT Basic Online Training – Clear, Simple, Accurate

Developed with years of hands-on, HIPAA “insider” experience. Our Basic HIPAA online course:

1. Is logically organized and clearly presented.
2. Is presented in two sections -- “Understanding HIPAA” and “Working with HIPAA” – to match real-world needs.

MHT Learner Management Functions (for Administrators)

With MyHIPAAtraining, Admins can see every learner’s progress and test results, so the entire HIPAA training process can be managed easily. MHT lets account Administrators add or remove learners in a snap. Admins can also check the status of their training licenses, update company and account information, and purchase additional licenses if needed – all with just a few clicks!

Course Testing and “View Test Results”

To meet HIPAA’s legal and compliance standards, all MHT courses include a brief quiz that must be passed before learners receive their “Certificate of Completion”.

1. Test questions are randomly rotated from a pool of questions.
2. Test content is “highlighted” in our Basic courses.
3. Test results and Certificates are archived and available for a minimum of three years after training is complete.
   
   

MHT Certificate of Completion

Every learner who completes the training and passes their quiz receives a beautiful, full-color “Certificate of Completion“in PDF format.

1. Certificates are automatically generated with the learner’s full name, course name, and completion date.
2. Certificates meet all of HIPAA’s legal and compliance requirements, and are also suitable for framing and display.
   
   

MHT Send-Certificate Function

Once their Certificate is earned, learners can save a copy to their computer, or send a copy via email to their Administrator or anyone else they choose – right from their HOME area in the system!

1. Most groups or corporate accounts have learners send copies to their HIPAA Officer and Human Resources department.
2. Sending Certificates to anyone takes only seconds, and multiple copies can be sent with just a few clicks.
